Rafael Filizzola
Rafael Filizzola served as the Paraguayan Interior Minister under President Fernando Lugo from 2008 to 2011. [1] In 2009, he accused current Interior Minister, Federico Acuña, of turning a blind eye to corruption.[2] Prior to that, he was a member of the Congress of Paraguay.[3]
